It blends short bursts of intense exercise (like punching combinations or plyometric movements) with brief rest or lower-intensity intervals. The focus is on improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and overall fitness in a dynamic and engaging format. HIITBox workouts often include boxing equipment like gloves, bags, or pads, and may also incorporate bodyweight exercises, strength training, and core work.
