Gentle yoga is essentially what it sounds like—a gentler style of hatha yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions, and usually includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.

Step Aerobics is a choreographed routine utilizing a set of steps or moves centered on and around a rectangular platform. The platforms are 4″ high, and can be adjusted by adding risers so the step becomes taller, increasing the intensity of the workout.

Functionally Fit & Roll/Release
Endurance-based cardio mixed in with variations of the seven basic movements of the body. We work balance, rotation, mind-body connection.
HIIT & HIIT Intervals
Quick, but intense bursts of cardio to get heart rate moving. We go hard we back off to maximize fat burning while building muscle. Muscle work is added between cardio intervals. HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
High energy class combines elements of boxing drills, kicking and easy to follow
combinations for a great upper and lower body challenge. It is recommended that you bring your own gloves, but gloves are also provided if needed.
PiYo combines the strength training—and body lengthening—aspects of Pilates with the core training, balance and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It’s low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga sessions, PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat.
Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.
Heavier than usual weights and bars are used in combination with cardio bursts for an intense, full body workout. The goal is to push your muscles to the max!
TRX with Sculpt/Muscle
A perfect combination of weight training and TRX for a muscle building and toning
experience. Muscle incorporates weights and weight bearing exercises. Sculpt uses your own body weight in many cases to build and sculpt muscles.
