Class Schedule & Descriptions

Cycle Beats A rhythmic-based spin/cycle class that uses an addictive playlist to motivate, inspire, and challenge. Build cardio strength, power, and endurance to the beat of playlists that will keep you coming back.
Cycle Power A spin/cycling workout to increase your performance to motivate and challenge you. Build cardio, strength, and endurance to music you love.
Fast & Furious 45 Cycle This 45-minute cycle class is designed to maximize your sweat sesh combining power and speed.
Yoga & Stretch
Flow Yoga Move through different postures and sequences linking breath to each movement. Creates energy and heat building flexibility and strength.
Power Yoga A flow Yoga but faster paced with advanced arm balances and core building exercises and sequences.
Yoga Sculpt Yoga Sculpt combines hand weights, strength building and cardio, making this class unlike your typical yoga classes and more of a full body workout. However, what sets yoga sculpt apart from other intense workouts is that yoga sculpt, like all yoga classes, preserves the mental and meditative components of yoga.
Group Fitness & Specialty Classes
Kickboxing Intro High-energy class combines elements of boxing drills, kicking and easy to follow combinations for a great upper and lower body challenge. It is recommended that you bring your own gloves, but gloves are also provided if needed.
Chisel Jump start your workout with this innovative strength and fat burning workout using both weights and bodyweight. Focusing on technique while building muscle and endurance. A great class for all levels.
TRX If you want to sweat, have fun, burn calories, and increase your muscle endurance then TRX is your class. Gravity resistance and movement provides the ultimate workout to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, & stability.
Strength Circuit This strength-based class using Olympic-style lifting and conditioning targeting major muscle groups.  Progress through increasingly technical weight training movements with the guidance of a coach to build muscle and offset the rate of muscle mass loss during weight loss and natural aging.
Cardio Power Pump Heavier than usual weights and bars are used in combination with cardio bursts for an intense, full body workout. The goal is to push your muscles to the max!
HIIT Intervals Quick, intense bursts of cardio to get heart rate moving. We go hard we back off to maximize fat burning while building muscle. Muscle work is added between cardio intervals.
Upper/Lower Pump Quick, efficient strength training targeting your upper body (arms, chest, and back) and lower body (legs & glutes). Get pumped up and ready to rock.
Mat Pilates Mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We will utilize the magic circle, TheraBand, small ball, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength, balance, range of motion, and flexibility.
Whip It Intro Moderate intensity class using ropes & rowers, along with Kettlebells, TRX bands, medicine balls and more, the class promises a fun but challenging full body workout to whip your body into shape.
